Does Anyone Know of a Website That I Can Chat With a Professional About Drug Abuse?
Question by queenrobinanne: does anyone know of a website that i can chat with a professional about drug abuse?
im trying to find some help for my husband. i need some info about how i can get him some help.
he needs help but wont acknowledge it. he takes so many pills im afraid of what is going to happen to him. everytime i bring it up to him he gets furious.
he actually is aware of his problem. he knows he is an addict. but that dont stop him from doing whatever he can to get more pills. he has suffered 2 seizures in the last 4 years from xanax withdrawals. he also abuses hydrocodone. we have no medical insurance and im trying to find out how to get him some treatment

look up narcotics anonymous or al- anon meetings in your area, go there and speak with someone, they WILL help you. There should be some information in the front of your phone book. Call a crisis line, they will point you in the right direction.
