How Do You Get Rid of Social Network Addiction?

i have a friend who is 19 and has a boyfriend shes been with for about 2 years. i see them constantly fighting about her addiction of social network chat rooms. Every single day shes on the Mocospace Chat room or on that kik app and shes addicted to it. i worry a lot about her safety of the fake people out their but i dont know how to convince her and im afraid she might think wrong of me. I really care about her and need someones advice to help me help her get rid of this addiction before something bad happens. What do i say or do? anything will help……

To overcome social networking addiction one has to change her mind set. You must talk to your friend and try to convince her about the cons of social networking addiction. It is also a good idea to keep her engaged and divert her attention from her popular social networks.
